Procedures for merchandise return
The procedure to return a product in the event that the product must
be returned to Intelec Marketing Inc. for repair or replacement, it
is absolutely necessary to make a
RMA Request Form to obtain an RMA number from the technical support
dept. before the product is returned to us.
Upon receipt of the item (under warranty), our technical support
department will determine if the product is defective and if so, we will
replace it within shortest delay possible. Please, it's important to
fill the
RMA Request Form with all the possible information, invoice number
and the reason for the return. The part numbers are on the invoice.
Instructions:
Once you have completed the
RMA Request Form, please wait until an RMA number and the procedure
has been issued by e-mail from our technical support before fowarding
the merchandise to us.
Please ensure that all merchandise is properly packaged in its original
Box (if available) and put in another box so that the goods will not be
damaged.
Please ensure that the RMA Number Form you will receive by e-mail is
inside the box before sending the product(s).
Freight will not be credited.
A 2% charge will be issued if the original Demo box is damaged or if
goods are returned damaged after 30 days.
